Ever since I started my food blog one and half year ago, I have been starring at the computer more often and for longer duration too. As a consequence, both my short-sighted and astigmatism have deteriorated. Making thing worse is that I also suffered from long-sighted. I have been baking muffins for couple of months. Throughout this trial and error period, I learnt 2 important tips in making muffins which I like to share with you in this post.
