I saw a recipe from a cooking magazine on how to cook the real fried sharkfin. Long list of ingredients and complicated steps. Too difficult for me to “digest” as a beginner in cooking. Recipes adapted from Children’s Healthy & Fun Cookbook written by Nicola Graimes.
1. Peel and core 4 apples, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put them into a saucepan and add 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 4 tbsp apple juice and a squeeze of lemon juice.
3. Half-cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are tender.
4. Serve with a fruit muffin or stirred into yogurt.

Cooked rice for 2
350g assorted mushroom (enoki bunch, shittake, white button mushroom)
20g butter
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlics, diced
