Recipes adapted from Children’s Healthy & Fun Cookbook written by Nicola Graimes.
1. Peel and core 4 apples, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put them into a saucepan and add 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 4 tbsp apple juice and a squeeze of lemon juice.
3. Half-cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are tender.
4. Serve with a fruit muffin or stirred into yogurt.
chanced upon your blog while searching for things. i’ve to say there’re many useful tips here! for this recipe, do you think it’s possible to make a large batch at one go, and freeze the stewed apples or something?
