This afternoon, I had created a very “fusion” combo for my son and myself.
=> Cabbage omelettes + sesame seeds rice balls + stir-fried mushrooms.

Ingredients:
200g fresh button mushrooms (chopped)
1 large white onion (diced)
1 large stalk of celery (diced)
360ml stock (I diluted 1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock with water)

350g assorted mushroom (enoki bunch, shittake, white button mushroom)
20g butter
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlics, diced
