This is another variation from the mushroom rice.

Cooked rice
Chicken fillet (cube) – marinate with light soya sauce, sugar & corn flour

My mum taught me how to cook this one-dish meal.
Ingredients:
1 red onion
2 chicken thighs (with or without bone) – marinate with light soya sauce, sugar and cornflour
2 potatoes

1 tbsp oyster sauce

20g 芡实 (fox nuts)

Pumpkin is always my son’s favourite regardless of my cooking methods (stir-frying, making soup, making porridge etc).
Ingredients:
Pumpkin (cut into cube)
Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
Seasonings:
Light soya sauce
Fried garlic oil/ salad oil
Methods:
