Easy to follow recipe... I amended the recipe slightly, i omitted the pepper & used salted cheese.. Comments received, the cookies was cheesy & nice.. But salty, I think I should have used the unsalted butter & added the pepper to spice up e taste.. I tried spreading strawberry jam on the cookies, i prefered this way better than having it plain.. I tried baking the cookies last monday..
