2 tbsp oil
6 pcs of vegetarian chicken, cut into thin strips
200g cabbage (shredded)
80g capsicum (shredded)
50g carrot (shredded)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp sugar
Dash of salt, pepper & sesame oil
3 tbsp water
1. Heat up oil, add in vegetarian chicken and stir-fry until aromatic. Dish up and set aside.
2. Add in cabbage, carrot, capsicum, seasoning and stir-fry (with long chopsticks) at high heat until well mixed. Serve.
